Alison Holt

Alison Holt is a UK contemporary textile artist with a Fine Art Embroidery degree from Goldsmiths College, London, specialising in freehand machine embroidery. Alison creates embroidered pictures using silk painting and freehand machine stitching. Her work is inspired by the natural world, exploring patterns, rhythms, and textures. She has exhibited throughout the UK and internationally for over 30 years.
