Exhibitors Information

We hope that preparations for your upcoming exhibition with us are going smoothly. This form is for us to collect all your information to create your individual exhibition page on our website. This includes a few images of your work and a short profile about you as an artist. You can have a look at one here. It also helps us be able to share information across our social media and other marketing forums to promote your exhibition. Simply follow the 7 steps below to add your information.

If you are exhibiting as a large group (6+), and want to have a detailed biography on each artist, we can create individual pages with a main landing page directing visitors to each exhibitor. It would work a little like this. Please click the button if this applies to you:

1. The chosen title of the exhibition

2. A short single sentence synopsis of the exhibition or a brief description of the theme/s surrounding the work being shown.

3. Your name or names of all the artists exhibiting

4. At least one .jpeg example of each artists work, multiple are welcome. One image will become the main thumbnail and image on your individual exhibition page. You are more than welcome to send through multiple images, and if you're not sure we can select a thumbnail for you. Please name each image file with the title of the work.

5. A small biography about you and your work. This could include your artistic history, the themes of your work, why you create the work you do and what inspires you.

6. Links to your own website and social media accounts for visitors to discover more about you and your artwork.

7. Artists often have vinyl window lettering with the name and dates of the show. If this is something you are interested in having please check the box and it will be arranged ready for the start of your exhibition.
