Artist Biography

This work is the result of a drawing dialogue with my partner Roger Metto. We sent each other physical drawings through the post and added our own marks to each other’s work. We surprised each other with a secret exquisite corps drawing and we shared a mutual admiration for the incredible sunsets we experienced in different landscapes. These shared drawings allowed me to explore ideas, composition & print techniques I had not explored before in my own practice, journeying through several different configurations. Ultimately, I returned to my passion for colour, simplicity & space.
