Alice Watkinson is a ceramic artist based in Staffordshire, UK. Her practice explores process-led making focusing on the behaviours of clay. She brings a design led approach to making, with a strong understanding of composition, materiality and the relationship between object and environment. Her work evolves through a series of decisions and responses to material, drawing on intuition, tacit knowledge and experimentation.
