Coming from an unconventional back ground, I have always struggled with how I view and fit in with society. from a young age art has always been my primal form of expressing my views, emotions and experiences in life. Since having my daughter 2021, I decided to take my drawing more seriously and realised how much joy it gave me to create art and how much I wanted to do this for a living I use it especially to express ideas that reflect on society and our existence. I also use it to express my on deep feelings and emotion, a lot based on the hardships faced in life. I love that art can have the power to talk to others and share concepts. For me I find expression through art easier than expression through words. I mainly Illustrate singular images but I have recently started to create stories and animate which is a pure joy for me to do. The key themes in my work are existence, society and emotion. My prints are limited to 100 each design and are numbered and signed and printed onto art paper.
