Her passion for clay evolved after years of exploring brushwork on bisque ware, a practice that gradually transformed into a freer, more expressive relationship with form. She is drawn to creating organic shapes that defy the conventional boundaries of vessels and figurines, favouring a natural, sculptural rhythm that feels alive. Working predominantly with oxides, greens, and blues, Kashmira finds connection to earth and water—elements that ground her practice in simplicity and balance. Groggy, textured surfaces interplay with smooth and crackled glazes, evoking the subtle transitions found in nature itself. Every piece is handcrafted from start to finish. For her, the process of shaping clay is an intimate dialogue—a meditative act where emotion, texture, and form converge to create objects that breathe with quiet strength and authenticity. Her works often reflect her journeys through different cultures and diversity. Kashmira has exhibited in various exhibitions across Oxfordshire, London and has participated in Residencies in India, Japan and Greece.
