bio

I paint in an expressive and intuitive way, mainly in oils, and sometimes acrylics. The starting point for a painting could be a partly formed thought, a fragment of memory, a moment in time or a place half remembered. My work references elements from external landscapes, both natural and manmade, as well as inner landscapes and states of mind. I graduated with a degree in fine art from the University of Gloucestershire in 2014 and am based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire where I have a studio.
