Louise creates soothing utopias to help her survive the world and calm her sensory overload and anxious autistic brain. She finds comfort in the tiny remote houses often placed in her work and finds simplicity and repetition therapeutic. Her work explores the idea of taking the modern world apart and starting again with a simpler, slower, quieter and less destructive approach to life.
