A personal response to my experience of the Tuscan landscape, this piece is a loose representation of several vistas. In this work, colour is the language of imagination and emotion rather than realism. My intention in this painting is to create a striking image that connects with the viewer at an emotional level and which evokes a strong sense of the character of the place.
