SIXTEEN GALLERY PRESENTS AN EXHIBITION OF 50 WORKS SELECTED BY OUR EXPERT JUDGING PANEL FOR THE 2025 OPEN CALL EXHIBITION.
This year Sixteen Gallery hosted our first Open Call. We invited emerging and established artists to submit work for the exhibition, judged by a guest panel. We were overwhelmed with the fantastic response, with over 700 artworks submitted—our panel had their work cut out for them!
Our judging panel consisted of five talented and experienced industry professionals whose diverse backgrounds reflect the rich spectrum of today’s creative landscape, and together offer a unique blend of market insight, keen curatorial eye, editorial expertise, perspectives of practising artists and advocates for emerging talent. This exhibition brings together the top 50 pieces chosen by our judges, who will also select one exhibitor to be awarded with a prize of a week at the gallery in 2026.
